Payment is required in advance or as per the agreed plan at checkout.All payments arenon-refundable. No exceptions.If you fail to complete or engage with a service you’ve paid for, no refund or partial refund will be given.Payment plans are binding; you remain liable for the full agreed amount regardless of whether you complete or participate in the service.
Late or missed payments will incur interest at the ank of England base rate + 8% and may result in legal debt recovery action. You will be liable for all associated recovery costs.
